THE CHALLENGE
Sweet Tooth had one thriving pediatric dental practice in the south of their metro with great reviews and a desire to expand. Their growth was mainly driven by Google ads, but the organic side was trailing behind bigger and more established competitors.
With their second location planned and requiring a very large investment, it was critical that the new needed to be visible and generating new patients quickly, without the brand losing its local authenticity.

We built our multi-location architecture from the ground up. Starting with an updated and optimized website, individual location pages, a completely optimized GBP, and making search engines aware that we are accepting new patients. Insulation Pros was competing against large national franchises that had moved into the Kansas City market with significant brand recognition and massive marketing budgets. As an independent contractor, they needed to outrank these franchises in local search to survive and grow.
OUR APPROACH
We focused on building an unbeatable local SEO presence that the national franchises couldn't replicate with the same amount of precision. This involved hyper-localized GBP optimization, a widespread content strategy targeting specific service keywords across the metro, and a review generation system that builds social proof quickly. The icing on the cake was opening 2 additional locations to improve their footprint across the metro, along with content that showcase their local expertise. THE CHALLENGE
Mint Dental had purchased three competing practices that were either retiring or going out of business in their metro. While this was a great expansion opportunity, these locations unfortunately had a lot of cleanup work to do. Bad reviews, inconsistent listings, and scattered ownership of accounts.
As the deadline approached, it was important to get the website, Google profiles, paid search strategy, and control of all accounts all under one uniform system to start generating new patients fast. We also had to do this while potentially not scaring off any previous patients that the practice already had.
OUR APPROACH
We carefully went through each Google Business Profile, claimed it, verified it, added the location pages to the website, and created a cleaned up set of citations for each. From here, we built a precise paid search strategy to draw awareness to the new locations on both Google Maps and standard Google search. In addition to this, we had landing pages ready that explained the transition and allowed for all SEO from the previous practice to naturally flow into Mint Dental's domain, which Google ultimately referring all traffic from the old brands entirely after some time.
This resulted in a big initial boost that allowed Mint Dental to ramp up quickly and offset their large growth investment. An investment that has paid off tremendously this year as they consistently attract hundreds of new patients each month.

THE CHALLENGE
Prime Accounting offers a great service serving thousands of businesses and helping them with their accounting and tax needs. Unfortunately, they had a very poor way of showing it online and over half of their physical locations were not verified on Google. They were leaving money on the table and losing hundreds of tax returns every season to big brands like H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt, despite having a large footprint in the area.
OUR APPROACH
The time was ticking and tax season was around the corner. We immediately moved to getting every location verified on Google and rolled out a strong review generation strategy that helped every location earn the interest of local customers when people were searching in the area. Many locations didn't have a lot of competition, so small tweaks made a big difference in visibility in those areas. For the more competitive areas in their metro, we rolled out an optimized website with hyper-specific local content based on that location.
We also implemented an attractive lead capture and nurturing process that allowed people to get their tax returns started digitally without ever needing to physically enter a location, which boosted the amount of leads and conversions they received due to the streamlined convenience. This solution paired with a Meta ads campaign pushed them to where they needed to be to grow during tax time while setting them up for success throughout rest of the year.
